Small Multi Family Fund Developments

Our small MF fund is focused on two tax-incentivized neighborhoods in inner city Houston to build 14 Multi-Family ground up developments. Units ranging from 10 to 50 units.

Projects are targeted in the TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones) in Sunnyside, Third Ward and Fifth Ward neighborhoods.

Small MF developments offer a unique option for asset investors looking for smaller Real Estate holdings. The versatility of these small MF assets is further augmented by the capital gain tax exemption options.

Project financial underwriter is Mutual Omaha.
