Lilac Field Business Park

Lilac field is a 300,000 Sq Ft Mixed use business park. Located in the strategic intersection of League City Pkwy (TX 96) and the newly completed TX 146 (Grand Parkway Loop). 
The project aims to attract some of the top national retailers and restaurants to create a vibrant plaza for the densely populated sub-market. The site will also provide Built to Suit flex-warehouses for smaller retailers and boutique business operators.

The first two round of offerings have been completed, with the final offering expected in Q2 2026
